Medical repatriation to the UK

It’s an unfortunate reality that a lot of travellers fall ill or suffer injury whilst travelling abroad. In these cases, after the patient has been stabilised by the local medical services, both they and their families will want them to be able to travel back to the UK as soon as possible to continue their treatment.

UCS Medical can help with this, we are an established company based in the North West. We have a fantastic team of trained paramedics and nurses who can provide critical care services in transit, as well as ambulance road transfer both within the UK and from Europe back to the UK.

We can help with

  • Medical repatriation services

  • Critical care in transit

  • Ambulance road transfers within the UK and back to the UK from Europe

  • We have a fully trained staff with a wealth of experience

  • Based in the North West of England gives us rapid access to all major UK transport hubs

Road ambulance transfers

Usually repatriation by road ambulance is the most comfortable and convenient way to enable a patient to return home safely. UCS Medical has a fleet of fully equipped ambulances, which are ideal for transporting patients long distances, such as returning to the UK from Europe. The patient will be accompanied by experienced paramedics and nurses for the journey, to ensure they are repatriated safely back home.

Thank you both so much for your unwavering support, exceptional expertise and knowledge, and the sensitive way in which you navigated the situation.

My thanks also go to Mark and Andy for their efficiency, and caring for my mum.

So impressed with UCS – thank you.
